Earlier this year on the recommendation of my son, I began strength training with Tyler. It has proven to be very good: Tyler is patient and knowledgeable, he cares, and is enjoyable to be with. I would certainly recommend his services.

He specifically formulates a plan of attack on what muscles are hurting and makes meaningful suggestions about what to avoid or how to make improvements to help you feel better long-term. He's supernaturally gifted at helping people. You will be impressed.

Tyler is an absolute professional and top class Massage Therapist. The commute from Guelph, Erin, Orangeville, Hillsburgh, wherever it's worth it. Tyler has an intuitive touch with his massage hitting spots I didn't even know that were sore. My only sadness is that I was only visiting and won't be back for more!
